These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AG Holiday website and the booking of packages, accommodations, transfers, tours, and related travel services provided or arranged by AG Holiday Sdn Bhd.
1. Booking and confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and operational confirmation.
- A booking is only considered confirmed after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by AG Holiday.
- You are responsible for ensuring all guest details submitted during booking are accurate and complete.
2. Prices and payments
- Quoted prices are based on the package details, travel dates, guest count, and inclusions shown at the time of booking.
- Prices may change before confirmation due to availability changes, supplier revisions, taxes, fees, or requested amendments.
- Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and due dates will follow the booking or invoice terms communicated to you.
3. Package scope and third-party services
Some services are delivered by third-party providers such as boat operators, activity guides, accommodation partners, and payment gateways. AG Holiday coordinates these services in good faith, but some operational details may depend on the relevant provider's availability, safety requirements, and local conditions.
4. Guest responsibilities
- Guests must follow safety briefings, house rules, marine regulations, and instructions issued by operators or staff.
- Guests are responsible for declaring relevant medical conditions, accessibility requirements, dietary restrictions, or other special needs before travel where these may affect participation.
- Guests are responsible for their own travel documents, identification, and readiness to travel.
5. Schedule changes and force majeure
Island and marine travel can be affected by weather, sea conditions, government directives, safety restrictions, and other events beyond reasonable control. AG Holiday may adjust departure times, itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or activity schedules where reasonably necessary. We will try to provide a suitable replacement, reschedule, credit, or refund treatment according to the circumstances and the affected supplier terms.
6. Cancellation, no-show, and amendment
- Cancellation or amendment terms may differ by package, supplier, and travel date.
- Any approved refund, credit, or reschedule is subject to the applicable booking terms, supplier charges, and administrative deductions where relevant.
- No-shows, unused services, or late arrivals may result in forfeited amounts.

7. Liability
AG Holiday will not be liable for indirect loss, missed connections, personal inconvenience, weather disruption, third-party service failures, or loss caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Website use
- You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with system operations, submit false booking information, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Website content, branding, images, and materials remain the property of AG Holiday or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.
9. Communication and records
We may rely on the contact details you provide to send booking confirmations, reminders, payment notices, policy updates, and support communications by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other reasonable channels.
10. Governing framework
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted in line with applicable Malaysian law and the operational requirements of the relevant travel and tourism services.
